KTRK's Dolcefino continues investigation of county government (02/27/2008)

Last night, KTRK-13's Wayne Dolcefino continued his look at some of the relationships between Harris County government and private industry. A teaser won't really do this one justice (although it speaks volumes that County Judge Ed Emmett gets criticism from one county commissioner for daring to launch an investigation), so here's the link to the story.
