Rick Casey returns (and with Houston material even!)
A few Chronicle folks tipped us off to the fact that columnist Rick Casey has been prowling the building at 801 Texas Avenue, and that he would soon be returning to column duty.
Today, he's officially back. Here's the announcement:
Editor's note: Rick Casey has returned from sabbatical and his column will appear Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Lisa Falkenberg's column will appear in this space Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Lisa Gray's column moves to the Star section later this month.
Today's column takes a look at the 2009 mayoral race. In Houston, not San Antonio, even! So that's sort of a promising return.
