Smoking ban = World Class Houston

Heard in the Linehan mobile Friday evening: a pro-smoking ban ad on KTRH-740 that said if Houston wants to be World Class, then Houston needs a smoking ban. And don't forget to call City Council.

What's left on the World Class checklist?
